I played the demo, and had to have the game.

Youtube

On a scale of five stars. 5 being the best.

Graphically: 3, PS2 games have better graphics, they are not horrible, but they are not good either.

Sound: 4, sounds are pretty good, but sometimes sounds cut off.

Game Play: 4.5, No story at all. It is kind of like warhawk. There are only three classes - infantryman, rifleman, and scout. There at this time is no unlock-able classes or content. This game is a easy game to pick up and play, but does take some time to get GOOD at. Right now there are four maps, and they offer a pretty good range of terrain types.

Online: 4, Very Stable so far. Mics sometimes drop out...

Controls: 3.75, Button placement is weird, but still feels like other shooters.

Replay Valve: 4, So far it has keep my attention pretty good. The squads help keep me interested.

Down load the demo, and you get to play the full game for 30 minutes. If I remember correctly. You really have nothing to lose. I really like how you get a taste of everything before you buy it. The game is $14.99 plus tax, and is a PSN download, and in my opinion a good buy.

It's a great game. Well worth the $15.

Yeah, this game is definitely worth the $15. I felt a little gyped that the demo only allows 30 minutes of test time... damn EA is sneaky because I ended up buying the game right after the demo expired.

I've been playing the game a lot recently, and even though my stats aren't even close to my WRHK stats, I'm still having a good time with 1943. Message me anytime any of you want to take the plunge into WWII.
