Should I buy it or just rent it?

I haven't played it yet, but I was wondering the same thing. I will definitely at least rent over xmas break.

I like it better than COD4 and I'm getting it for Christmas, if that helps.

nice. about how fast did you beat it? i'm interested in playing the story mode

On normal about 4 days and on veteran about one and a half weeks, but I did play A LOT

i just rented it today, and so far, i've been really impressed by the story mode. i'm trying to snag the platinum during my 5-day rent, we'll see how it goes

yeah, it's rough, especially since i went straight to veteran. i'd still say it's a tiny bit easier than Uncharted, though haha

killing Amsel with a pistol has proven to be impossible so far

Wait until Heart of the Reich, I think you will change your mind. It took me about 4 tries to get Amsel with the pistol, but I was playing on recruit.

I can't ever find a copy for rental. The closet 2 stores only have one, maybe two copies of the game available for rental.
