we just got done with two weeks of two-a-day soccer practices. they suck :x

I wish I wasn't forced to quit soccer when I broke my sternum. :shock:

I was on our HS varsity team my freshman year, and have never played since. That was 8 or more years ago.

wow...that sounds pretty serious. did it hurt?

i had tendonitis last year, but no broken sternums yet

I knew right away something was wrong. I could barely move my arms around. It took two years to heal. It was either a full upper body cast that insurance would not pay for, or just take it easy. I took it easy. I had a hard time doing most things, anything active, and I could not lift anything over 15lbs. Stretching or reaching ofr anything, hurt enough for me to not do it. "Never had a problem playing video games though." :lol: One a side note you can break it from sneezing, and holding in your air.

Thanks for the games today Ray, it was good to see a few of the others in the mix. That head on collision we had was mad when I was hero - I just flew straight through you. :lol:
