Since I have a subscription to qore My beta should start in a few weeks after the pre-order beta started.
The Pre-order beta has already started, and because of this...I'll probably be pre-ordering the game tonight or tomorrow. :lol:

I don't know if that is the pre-order beta that started last night. I actually just pre-ordered 2 days ago, and nobody at the store knew anything about a beta yet. They said I would get a code e-mailed to me, but thats also what they said about the MGO beta.

I think what's going on now is some sort of closed beta, and the public beta (for Qore, pre-orders, etc.) will be a bit later in the fall. I'm not sure, though -- I don't know anyone who got in yet...

This is what I got last night when I signed into the beta site:


Sorry you are not approved to participate in the Online Beta (yet)!

Thank you for your interest in the online beta for Resistance 2, but this phase is only open to invited participants. Don’t despair. We will soon accept applications for players to participate in the Open Beta for Resistance 2 that will start later this year. Just check back here over the next couple months for information about and ultimately the chance to apply for the Open Beta.

i kinda forgot that i had signed up there a loooong time ago. i would imagine that private testers were people who were active there and posted a lot, which i didn't :?

Not sure how this works but our AR manager was cool enough to get me a beta key from her boyfriend (he manages a gamestop). gotta sign up for myresistance.net and then enter the code and they email me something to get in.

hopefully this works! can't wait

Well the private beta is over today the 15th. The public beta starts sometime in Early October.
